- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Except for Holly, customer service is horrible. When your insurance agent says "Well, I don't know that" when it's somethings that she clearly should know, it's time to find a new agent. Like the commercial says, "I don't have the wrong insurance, I have the wrong insurance company." I wish I could give it zero stars because I have had issues with them for years. This agent has chosen "quantity" of customers over "quality" of service to customers.By Richard Heilman, January 27, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Tania and her staff at her agency have always been super nice and very helpful!! I've never had a bad experience with them. They really care about you too. They really take their time with you when you're getting/changing coverage. Any time I've needed help, no matter how small, no question or problem has been an inconvenience for them.
